Who will be questioned in the case of former Defense Army Commander Mikael Arzumanyan

In the case of former Defense Army Commander Mikael Arzumanyan, the Anti-Corruption Court will summon and interrogate former Armenian Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan, President of Artsakh Arayik Harutyunyan, former Commander of the Artsakh Defense Army Jalal Harutyunyan, and former Chief of the General Staff of the RA Armed Forces Onik Gasparyan. This information has been disclosed to the newspaper 'Zhoghovurd'.

It should be noted that on April 14, the Prosecutor General's Office of Armenia officially announced that the criminal case against former commander of the Artsakh Defense Army, Lieutenant General Mikael Arzumanyan, has been submitted to the court.

Recall that on September 1, 2022, the Prosecutor's Office announced that charges had been filed against Mikael Arzumanyan, who was the former commander of the Artsakh Defense Army and an advisor to the President of Artsakh, for ordering the personnel who liberated the strategically important 'Areva' height and adjacent combat positions to 'retreat' during the 2020 Artsakh War.

Arzumanyan was detained on September 1 and has remained in custody to this day.
