An Azerbaijani soldier, who crossed into the territory of Armenia, went live on his phone, speaking in Azerbaijani.

Armenian analyst Garnik Davtyan told Auroranews that in the video, the Azerbaijani says, 'We have spilled the blood of Armenians, we have cut off the heads of 400-500 Armenians, we still owe more, we are not traitors to our homeland.'

ArmLur.am has reported that the Azerbaijani serviceman was discovered in the area of a poultry farm in Kapan. About an hour ago, elderly residents of the village of Sherents noticed a man with a strange appearance, gathered fellow villagers, surrounded him, and urgently alerted law enforcement and the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

The Armenian Ministry of Defense announced that on April 13, a second Azerbaijani serviceman was found and arrested in the territory of Armenia.
