Video: Second Azerbaijani Infiltrator Detained by Residents in Armenia

Footage is circulating online showing a second Azerbaijani infiltrator in Armenia. According to the video, law enforcement forces have not yet arrived at the scene.

As reported by Armlur.am, the individual was located near the bird factory in Kapan. About an hour ago, elderly couples from the village of Sherenz spotted a man with a strange appearance and, gathering with other residents, surrounded him and urgently alerted the authorities and the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

It is noteworthy that earlier, the Armenian Ministry of Defense announced that on April 13, a second Azerbaijani serviceman was discovered and detained within Armenian territory. Remember, Azerbaijani servicemen had been detected in Armenia just days ago.
