I Do Not Wish to Allow Russia to Dominate the Region: Charles Michel
The President of the European Council, Charles Michel, explained his active role in the normalization of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan in an interview with the Belgian newspaper Soir, stating that he does not want to allow Russia to "dominate the region."
"I prefer to be accused of overly active engagement rather than inaction," added the head of the European Council.
