Berd Community Head on the Situation in Paravakar

Conflicting reports had been circulating in the media regarding the situation in Tavush. Auroranews contacted Berd Community Head Astghik Hakobyan to clarify whether reports stating that the enemy had opened fire towards Berd were accurate. According to the information, shots were fired in the direction of the village of Paravakar.

In a conversation with us, the Berd Community Head stated that the reports about the enemy opening fire towards Berd community in Tavush do not correspond to reality.
“There has been a misunderstanding, I spoke with the guys at the post, they said nothing has happened, everything is normal,” he said.
