The Deputy Governor of Shirak Province, Albert Ayvazyan, and the Deputy Chief of the Shirak Regional Police, Vahram Yengoyan, are currently trying to persuade the relatives of prisoners to open the road. This information comes from a correspondent of Sputnik Armenia in Shirak Province.
