Four Iranian Diplomats Declared Unwanted Leave Azerbaijan
Four Iranian diplomats, declared unwanted persons by the official Baku, are leaving the country, reports the Turan agency, citing a statement from the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry.
Previously, the Azerbaijani authorities had given the Iranian officials 48 hours to leave the country.
The Azerbaijani diplomatic service does not specify the positions of the declared unwanted Iranian diplomats.
As previously reported, four employees of the Iranian embassy in Azerbaijan have been declared 'persona non grata' (unwanted persons), Trend agency reported on Thursday, referring to the Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
