Iran Thwarts Drone Attack on Defense Ministry Building in Isfahan

The Iranian authorities have reported an unsuccessful attempt to attack a defense ministry facility in Isfahan province. The information was relayed by Tasnim.

The incident occurred yesterday evening. A drone that attempted to strike the facility was shot down by anti-air defense systems.

No damages were recorded as a result of the incident. It is worth noting that on the night of January 29, a powerful explosion echoed in Isfahan, located in central Iran.

Later, the defense ministry announced an unsuccessful attempt to attack one of its military facilities using explosive-laden drones. One of the drones was shot down, while the other two fell into defensive traps and detonated.

Media reports have indicated the possible involvement of the United States and Israel in this attack.
