Video: Araik Harutyunyan Calls Extraordinary Meeting of the Security Council

Dear compatriots, today I have convened an extraordinary extended meeting of the Security Council to discuss the military-political situation that has arisen in the Republic. This was stated by the President of Artsakh on his Facebook page.

“Given recent developments, I have noted in my speech that our task is to soberly assess the entire complexity and degree of responsibility of the current situation, to reassess all available resources and potential mechanisms for containing new dangers, and to draw necessary conclusions and take action.

We have discussed the current military-political situation, and I have given specific instructions to the authorized bodies,” the President added.
