Court Denies Appeal Against Arrest of Former Defense Minister Vigen Sargsyan
The Court of Appeal has rejected the appeal against the measure of restraint of former Armenian Minister of Defense Vigen Sargsyan. This was reported by the Court of Appeals.
The judicial act on the arrest of V. Sargsyan has been upheld. It is noteworthy that Sargsyan is wanted for committing an offense as stipulated by part 3 of Article 309 of the former Armenian Criminal Code.
Recall that the court accepted the motion for the arrest of former Minister of Defense Vigen Sargsyan.
