VIDEO: Will Armenia Join the Rome Statute Requesting the Arrest of Putin?
It has been reported that the International Criminal Court in The Hague has issued an international arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin and Maria Lvova-Belova, the commissioner for children's rights. They are suspected of illegal deportation of Ukrainian children.
Earlier, a UN investigative commission stated that the transfer of Ukrainian children to Russian territory could be considered a war crime.
Journalists asked the President of the National Assembly of Armenia whether Armenia would join the Rome Statute that submitted the request for the arrest of Putin. "I cannot predict what decision the Constitutional Court will make," he responded. For more details, watch the video.
