Provision of ID cards to Artsakh residents temporarily suspended due to technical issues
The provision of ID cards to residents of Artsakh has been temporarily suspended due to technical issues. This information was provided to Tert.am by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh.
"The problem is mainly related to programming and communication. Currently, the communications system is not fully operational, but the issue will definitely be resolved in the upcoming days; work is being carried out in this direction. The same problem has also been experienced by citizens of the Republic of Armenia, so the issue will be resolved soon, and the provision of ID cards to Artsakh citizens will be restored," the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported.
