Brutal Beating of Two Teenagers with a Hammer in Ulyanovsk

A brutal assault on two teenagers by their peers took place in Ulyanovsk. The incident was captured on video and shared on the Shot Telegram channel.

The unidentified assailants attacked students from the Ulyanovsk Polytechnic College. One of the victims, aged 16, sustained serious injuries to his neck and ribs and is currently hospitalized. The other teenager did not require medical assistance.

According to preliminary reports, the assault was a result of an attempted scam involving a local drug dealer.

A criminal case has been initiated under Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Russia, which pertains to causing severe bodily harm by an organized group in premeditation.
