VIDEO: Russia Responds to Hague Court's Decision to Arrest Putin
The Russian Foreign Ministry has declared that the decisions made by the International Criminal Court (ICC) are legally void. This was stated by the official representative of the Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova.
She also noted that the Russian Federation is not a party to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court. For this reason, Russia bears no obligations toward the organization. Zakharova emphasized that Moscow does not cooperate with the ICC.
Earlier, it was reported that the International Criminal Court in The Hague issued an international order for the arrest of Russian President Vladimir Putin and the Commissioner for Children's Rights, Maria Lvova-Belova. The announcement of the arrest decision can be seen in the video.
