Azerbaijan Initiates Second Meeting with 'Representatives of the Armenian Community of Artsakh' in Baku
The administration of the Azerbaijani president is inviting the 'representatives of the Armenian community of Artsakh' for a second meeting to continue discussions on reintegration and the implementation of infrastructure projects in Artsakh. Azerbaijani media has reported that the meeting is proposed to take place in Baku in the coming days.
It should be noted that there has been no comment from Artsakh regarding this initiative. Additionally, it is important to mention that representatives from Azerbaijan and Nagorno-Karabakh have met once before.
