Poland Deploys 'Anti-Tank Badgers' at Border with Belarus
Poland's Minister of Defense Mariusz Blaszczak has announced that Poland has begun installing security structures at its border with Belarus, referred to as 'anti-tank badgers.'
The Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has stated that the border fence threatens the existence of the European bison.
'Construction of security structures began in February along the border with the Kaliningrad region, and today military personnel have started to build fortifications at the border with Belarus,' Blaszczak wrote on Twitter.
