Photos: Chief of Staff of the RA Armed Forces Meets Counterpart in India
The delegation headed by Major General Edward Asryan, Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Armenia and First Deputy Minister of Defence, was on a working visit to India, as reported by the defense ministry.
From March 2 to 4, the delegation participated in the annual international conference titled "Raisina Dialogue," dedicated to global security issues.
During a meeting with General Anil Chauhan, Chief of the Defence Staff of India, they discussed various issues related to bilateral cooperation and regional security, including the possibilities of expanding Armenia-India cooperation in the field of defense.
Major General Edward Asryan also participated in discussions on regional security and Armenian-Indian defense cooperation held at the National Security Council of India, presenting the security challenges faced by Armenia.
