Gunshots in Yerevan: One Person Hospitalized, Details
A few hours ago, gunshots were heard in the center of Yerevan. According to Shamshyan.com, at around 6:20 PM, a call was received by the police reporting that shots were fired in front of the "Platinum" shopping center on Sevani Street, resulting in one injury.
Police at the scene discovered 8 shell casings from a handgun. According to reports, a 38-year-old resident of Yerevan, identified as Robert M., who is the director of the mentioned shopping center, was transported to "Erebuni" Medical Center with a gunshot wound.
A criminal investigation has been initiated under the charges of attempted murder and illegal possession of weapons and ammunition. Further information has not yet been disclosed.
