Two Armenian Singers to Participate in This Year's Eurovision
Armenian singer Iru Khechanov has won the musical project "The Voice". The winner was determined based on the number of audience votes.
According to Jnews.ge, it was previously decided that Iru Khechanov, as the winner of "The Voice" show, will represent Georgia at the "Eurovision 2023" song contest.
22-year-old Iru Khechanov is of Armenian descent. She graduated from the conservatory with a degree in music arrangement, where she studied music composition and creation. Currently, she is a master's student in the PR department at Caucasus University.
Iru took her first steps in music at the age of 8. She participated in the "Anabana" program and won. After that, her vibrant activity in the field of music began.
It is noteworthy that Khechanov was a member of the Candy group, which brought Georgia its second victory at the Junior Eurovision in 2011.
