Deputy Chief Bailiff Arthur Vardanyan Dismissed from Office
The Minister of Justice of Armenia, Grigor Minasyan, signed an order on January 25, according to which the Deputy Chief Bailiff Arthur Vardanyan has been dismissed from his position.
“Guided by Article 9, Part 8 of the Law on Public Service, and also based on the proposal presented by the Chief Bailiff S. Meghryan in a letter dated January 25, 2023, number 01/08.1/2944-2023, and the application of A. Vardanyan, Arthur Armeni Vardanyan is dismissed from the position of Deputy Chief Bailiff effective January 26, 2023,” the order states.
Arthur Vardanyan held this position since December 15, 2020.
