Who Are the Newly Appointed Ministers of Artsakh? Ruben Vardanyan Introduces Them

The State Minister of the Republic of Artsakh, Ruben Vardanyan, today introduced the newly appointed ministers to the staff of the Ministries of Agriculture and Territorial Administration and Infrastructure. This was reported by the Information and Public Relations Department of the State Minister's Office.

Introducing the newly appointed Minister of Agriculture, Grant Safaryan, who was previously the director of the Rural and Agricultural Support Fund, the State Minister emphasized the around-the-clock hard work of the fund and its leadership under blockade conditions. He also thanked the acting minister Tigran Arstamyan for taking on responsibility and leading the sector during this challenging phase.

“Sector reforms will continue, and the Ministry of Agriculture and the Rural and Agricultural Support Fund must work closely together to ensure development. We will make the fund the driving force of the sector, as agriculture is one of our country's strategic directions,” said the State Minister.

In introducing the newly appointed Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure, Suren Galstyan, Ruben Vardanyan specifically highlighted the ministry's role, under which several important directions fall. He also thanked the acting minister Vardan Beglaryan for their cooperation.

The State Minister noted that although the blockade has changed the process of forming the new government and the planned structural changes, the established goals and priorities remain the same. “Through persistent work aimed at effective governance and restoring justice, we will continue our struggle,” Ruben Vardanyan stated, as noted in the announcement.
