As of 16:30, the road connecting Artsakh to Armenia remains blocked
As of 16:30, the Stepanakert-Goris road connecting Artsakh to Armenia remains blocked by Azerbaijan. This was reported by the Artsakh Information Headquarters.
It is noteworthy that on the morning of December 12, a group of Azerbaijanis in civilian clothes blocked the Stepanakert-Goris highway under the pretext of environmental reasons at the Shushi-Karin Tak intersection. More than 1,100 people, including 270 minors, are unable to return to their homes.
Since December 13, the Azerbaijani side also cut off gas supply to Artsakh, creating serious difficulties for the population during the heating season. The gas supply has been restored today.
