What About the Residents of Artsakh? Azerbaijan Sends Clear Message of Ethnic Cleansing, Marukyan to Michel

The Armenian Ambassador for Special Assignments, Edmon Marukyan, has responded on Twitter to a post by Charles Michel, the President of the European Council, who stated that the EU would support the Ukrainian people as long as President Zelensky needed it.

"What about the residents of Artsakh? Will you stand by them? They are currently being punished for their democratic choice, Azerbaijan has closed the Lachin Corridor—the only route for supplies for 120,000 people, including 30,000 children. Azerbaijan is sending a clear message of ethnic cleansing," wrote Marukyan.
