Where is Araik Harutyunyan?

For more than six hours, the Azerbaijanis have closed the Lachin corridor, setting up tents there, yet a meeting of the Security Council has not yet been convened in Artsakh.

According to MediaHub.am, the reason is that the President of Artsakh, Araik Harutyunyan, is not in the country.

The media outlet tried to get a comment from the press secretary of the President of Artsakh, Lusine Avanesyan.
