We Are Closely Monitoring Every Move of Iran: Statement from Ukraine
Ukraine is monitoring Iran's actions in connection with its military-technical cooperation with Russia. This was stated by Ukraine's Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba during an online briefing on December 6, in response to a question on whether Iran could be punished for supplying drones to Russia.
“All rational arguments suggest that this cooperation should be curtailed. But we will see what final decision will be made in Tehran, and we will act accordingly soon,” he said.
“Our message to them was clear. First: either you stop, or you will feel the most serious consequences. Second: the negative effects of supplying drones or other weapons to the Russian Federation will outweigh any positive outcomes. We will see. We are currently closely monitoring every step regarding military-technical cooperation with the Russian Federation,” Kuleba added.
