The West Has Essentially Halted Cooperation with Russia and Built a 'Wall': Lavrov
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated during the Primakov Readings international forum that Russia will begin dialogue with the West when visionary leaders come to power there. His remarks were quoted by TASS.
Lavrov noted that Western countries have effectively ceased cooperation with Russia and have built a 'wall'.
“When and if, of course, in the West—Europe and the USA—leaders of countries and organizations take over who are capable of seeing a little beyond the two-year electoral cycle... we will, of course, be ready for serious conversation,” Lavrov said.
