Hayk Grigoryan Elected as Member of the Supreme Judicial Council
Hayk Grigoryan has been elected as a member of the Supreme Judicial Council with 75 votes in favor. The nomination of Hayk Mkrtich Grigoryan for the position was put forward by the 'Civil Contract' faction of the RA National Assembly.
During the regular session of the National Assembly on December 7, Hayk Grigoryan expressed his gratitude for the trust and positive words, and he took an oath: 'As I assume the position of a member of the Supreme Judicial Council, I pledge to fulfill my duties in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Armenia, ensuring the rule of law and guaranteeing the independence of judges and courts.'
