Yes, the Armenian side has received response proposals from Baku, says Aghajanyan
During a meeting with journalists in the National Assembly, the Chairman of the Permanent Commission on Foreign Relations, Edward Aghajanyan, noted that the Armenian side has received response proposals from Azerbaijan.
"Yes, the Armenian side has received response proposals from Baku, which, in essence, are a reaction to the Armenian proposals. In other words, one can say that the third phase is discussing these proposals. They, of course, are details that cannot be disclosed publicly, and I cannot elaborate on or make them public," Aghajanyan stated.
He also touched upon the potential meeting of the leaders or foreign ministers of the two countries, stating that it should not be ruled out.
