This was stated to journalists by Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the Russian President, commenting on the EU's decision to set a maximum price cap on Russian oil. The maximum price cap set for a barrel of Russian oil is $60.
“We are currently analyzing. Certain preparatory work has been carried out for such a cap. We will not accept this maximum cap. As for how the work will be organized, we will report after the analysis, which will be conducted quickly,” said the Kremlin spokesperson.
