What Did Putin Propose to Tokayev?

According to reports, Tokayev mentioned that Putin proposed the establishment of a tripartite union between Russia, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan, which would address various issues, including the regulation of the gas sector. Tokayev expressed his support for this idea, adding that the implementation of this initiative would require new discussions and even negotiations.
