Statement from the 'Armenia' Alliance on Resigning from Parliamentary Mandates
The 'Armenia' faction of the National Assembly has issued a statement addressing the decision of the deputies from the 'Renaissance of Armenia' party within their coalition to resign from their mandates.
The statement reads: “We had an open discussion with our colleagues from the 'Renaissance of Armenia' party, and we were aware of the decision. We must note that nothing has changed in our joint political objectives and principles. We respect our colleagues' decision. We are confident that there are still many joint endeavors in this political struggle.”
In addition to Hripsime Stambulyan, the parliamentary mandates are also being resigned by Vahe Hakobyan and Elena Kirakosyan.
