Ukrainian People Deserve to Live Peacefully Next to Their Slavic Brothers, Lavrov
The Ukrainian people will be liberated from neo-Nazi rulers; they deserve to live peacefully alongside their Slavic brothers. This statement was made by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov in a documentary aired on the Rossiya 24 television channel.
Lavrov added that the changes that led to the current situation in Ukraine have undoubtedly not occurred without the influence of external forces. “It’s not just about glorifying Nazis, but also about turning Nazism into the ideology and practice of the current Ukrainian authorities,” he said.
Recall that on the early morning of February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that he had decided to carry out a special military operation against Ukraine, as the LPR and DPR had requested assistance. The hostilities in Ukraine have now been ongoing for the 275th day.
