During today's session of the Yerevan City Council, following the question from member Naira Khachatryan regarding the upcoming CSTO summit, which asked, 'Do we have a protocol related to the city's external appearance since it represents the urban structure when it's well-kept and tidy?' Anni Khachatryan from the 'Lus' faction responded, stating, 'If not, what is CSTO anyway, let them come or not. We need to maintain our city's face for the people of Yerevan, not for CSTO; departures are fine, arrivals shouldn't be.'
