U.S. Supports Azerbaijan's Sovereignty and Independence: State Department Representative Arrives in Baku

The U.S. State Department representative Cameron Millard has arrived in Baku, as announced by the U.S. Embassy in Azerbaijan.

It was noted that the American official will hold meetings with Azerbaijani officials, economic and political experts, and partners from the U.S. government. According to the American diplomatic mission, on Friday, Millard met with Azerbaijani parliamentarians to discuss bilateral relations.

“Cameron emphasized in his meetings that the United States supports Azerbaijan's sovereignty and independence, and that the United States is committed to promoting a peaceful future in the South Caucasus,” the U.S. Embassy statement in Baku indicated.
