All Vehicles Stopped and Inspected in Artsakh
On November 16, from 8:00 PM until midnight, police units from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Artsakh conducted special operations on the roads connecting Stepanakert with the surrounding regions. This was reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Artsakh.
Heads of departments and responsible officers for the reorders were given appropriate instructions to carry out their duties with utmost rigor, and to apply disciplinary measures in case of violations. As part of the special operations, all vehicles were stopped and inspected in the presence of drivers, and the transported cargo was checked.
A number of legal violations were identified, including a certain quantity of prohibited narcotics, illegally held weapons or ammunition. There were also reported cases of operating vehicles without a driver's license and while under the influence.
