There Will Be No Winners in War, Says Erdogan
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, following his participation in the G20 summit in Bali, stated at a press conference that there will be no winners in the Ukrainian crisis, and that everyone will benefit from peace.
“The path to peace is through dialogue. There will be no winners in war; everyone will benefit from peace,” Erdogan said. His remarks were quoted by TASS.
Erdogan emphasized that in the context of efforts to facilitate negotiations between Kyiv and Moscow, there is no need to create an environment to turn “this conflict into a third world war.”
