Erdogan on Withdrawal of Russian Troops from Kherson
The decision to withdraw Russian troops from Kherson is correct. This opinion was expressed by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan during a conversation with journalists. Turkish news outlets report this.
“The decision of Russia regarding Kherson is a positive and important decision. I don’t know if Russia will participate in the G20 summit or not. If yes, then we will have the opportunity to meet there. Otherwise, we will continue to conduct phone diplomacy with Russia. We hope to succeed in the mediation process,” Erdogan said.
According to him, he has established trustworthy relations with Russian President Vladimir Putin, without which it would be impossible to restore Russia's participation in the 'commodity transaction.'
