“No one doubts this issue”: Mirzoyan

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Ararat Mirzoyan, stated during the discussion on the draft state budget for 2023 in the National Assembly that the unblocked and, presumably, newly constructed possible roads or transport infrastructures will be fully under the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the countries through which they pass.

“Recent meetings and statements indicate that no one doubts this issue,” said the Foreign Minister.

According to him, the issue of unblocking regional economic and transport infrastructures is one of the main negotiation directions and a very important part of the comprehensive settlement. Other details, according to the minister, are still under discussion.

“I must note the constructiveness of the Armenian side and the non-constructiveness of the Azerbaijani and possibly other interested parties,” highlighted Mirzoyan.
