We Are Aware of Kyiv's Plans: Shoigu

Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu has stated that Russia is aware of Kyiv's plans regarding the "dirty bomb" and the deployment of NATO nuclear weapons in Ukraine, TASS reports.

"We are aware of Kyiv's attempts to create a 'dirty nuclear bomb', as well as its readiness to deploy NATO nuclear weapons on its territory. Recently, the President of Ukraine urged Western countries to launch preemptive nuclear strikes against Russia," Shoigu said during a joint meeting of the Russian and Belarusian defense committees.

Earlier, State Duma Defense Committee member, retired Lieutenant General, and participant in Russian military operations in Syria, Andrei Gurulyov, stated that a confrontation with NATO would mark the beginning of nuclear apocalypse. According to him, the current threats surrounding the 'dirty bomb' and previous 'rumors' that Russia would use tactical nuclear weapons are measures designed to force Russia to use such weapons.
