Çavuşoğlu Accuses Macron
“Unfortunately, neither France nor Macron can be impartial,” stated Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu at a press conference following the extraordinary meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of Turkic-speaking states, as reported by APA.
According to him, under international law, Artsakh is “Azerbaijani land.” Çavuşoğlu reminded that Aliyev accepted Macron's proposal and a quadrilateral meeting took place in Prague.
“As far as I know, that meeting was held to exert pressure on Azerbaijan. But such Azerbaijan no longer exists,” emphasized the Turkish minister, adding that “Azerbaijan has liberated its lands from occupation.”
