«I Have Clearly Stated That It Is Unacceptable»: Grossi
In a conversation with reporters in Yerevan, Rafael Mariano Grossi, the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), stated that nuclear safety should not be endangered due to military operations.
According to him, similar statements have been heard in the past, and they are unacceptable. “As the IAEA and personally, I have stated very actively that nuclear safety should not be threatened due to military confrontations. I hope that this will never happen. I have clearly stated that it is unacceptable,” he said.
It should be noted that on October 4, the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency arrived in Armenia.
