VIDEO: Deputy Minister of Justice on the Execution of Armenian Prisoners of War by Azerbaijanis

The Deputy Minister of Justice, Grigor Minasian, who is carrying out the duties of the Minister during their vacation, addressed reporters regarding a video showing Azerbaijanis executing Armenian prisoners of war. He informed that the video is recent and that legal tools are being utilized to appeal to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) and the International Court of Justice.

In response to a question about whether there will be a change in the situation following condemning statements, Minasian stated that they will do everything possible to ensure that in addition to statements, real mechanisms are applied and the perpetrators are brought to justice.

"This video and the events of recent months demonstrate that peace is necessary for our people, it is needed by all of us, and this video illustrates that there is much to be done in this regard. It proves that our country needs peace as soon as possible," said Minasian.
