The President of Artsakh, Araik Harutyunyan, made a Facebook post stating, “Dear compatriots, once again addressing the topic, I would like to mention that I am thoroughly informed about all international discussions conducted at a high level by the Armenian authorities regarding the issue of Artsakh, as regular joint consultations take place.

I emphasize that, according to the agreement reached with the Armenian authorities, any document signed by them regarding Artsakh must necessarily consider the interests and opinions of the people of the Republic of Artsakh.

I would also like to add that as of today, there is not even a draft document in this context.”
