Pashinyan and Putin Have a Telephone Conversation
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan had a telephone conversation with President Vladimir Putin of the Russian Federation.
The Prime Minister conveyed details about the provocative and aggressive actions by the Azerbaijani armed forces, which commenced at midnight toward the sovereign territory of Armenia. These actions were accompanied by gunfire from artillery and heavy caliber firearms.
Nikol Pashinyan deemed the actions of the Azerbaijani side unacceptable and emphasized the importance of a commensurate response from the international community.
The interlocutors agreed to maintain operational communication.
