Zelensky Awards Haluk Bayraktar and Expresses Gratitude
The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, met with Haluk Bayraktar, the CEO of the Turkish company Baykar. "Everyone in Ukraine knows what Bayraktar is; they know your company. Thank you, and I thank President Erdogan for the support of the Turkish citizens in this war against Russian aggression," said the Ukrainian president.
Zelensky awarded Bayraktar with the 1st class Order of Merit.
It was noted that the parties discussed the details of building a Baykar factory in Ukraine and producing new products with Ukrainian components.
