Pashinyan and Blinken Discuss Recent Tensions
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan had a phone conversation with U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken.
According to information provided to Armenpress by the Prime Minister's Office, the two discussed the tense situation in Nagorno-Karabakh in recent days. The Prime Minister expressed concern regarding Azerbaijan's deviations from the provisions of the trilateral statement dated November 9, 2020, and reaffirmed the Republic of Armenia's position regarding regional peace and stability.
Secretary Blinken expressed concerns about the tension and expressed readiness to assist in stabilizing the situation.
