Vahagn Vermishyan Felt Unwell While Seated in Armen Grigoryan's Chair, Court Session Suspended: Defense Attorney
Recently, during a court session, Vahagn Vermishyan felt unwell, leading to the suspension of the session. This information was shared by Vermishyan's defense attorney, Alexander Kochubayev, on his Facebook page.
“The issue was related to cerebral blood circulation, which Mr. Vermishyan has been experiencing since the time of his detention. After the session resumed, Mr. Vermishyan called for a moment of silence in honor of Armen Grigoryan, which was interpreted by the judge as disrespectful, and Vermishyan was removed from the courtroom for 10 hours. Vahagn Vermishyan was seated in Armen Grigoryan's chair, with Judge Mkhitaryan and Martirosyan presiding once again. Wishing health to Vahagn Vermishyan....”
It is important to note that Vermishyan has been charged with accepting a particularly large bribe. Additionally, six other individuals have been charged in connection with this criminal case, with preventative measures, including detention, imposed on three of them by the court's decision.
