Video: Driver in Yakutsk Hits Bicyclist; Child Dies at Scene

A driver in Yakutsk, Russia, has struck a teenage bicyclist with a water truck. Footage of the accident's moment has been circulated online. It is reported that the driver failed to notice the young cyclist while making a right turn, resulting in the tragic incident.
