The U.S. Department of State's Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs reports on its Twitter page: “The American co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group spoke today with his colleagues to discuss the future of Nagorno-Karabakh. It is unfortunate that the Russian co-chair did not accept the invitation. We eagerly await the continued work of the Minsk Group.”
