When Was Artsakh's Status Lowered? Pashinyan Provides Details
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated that the proposals presented by the co-chairs in 2016 regarding the resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh issue are nothing more than a call to lower the standards, as the logic of lowering that standard is embedded in them. If asked who made such calls, I can answer very clearly: the countries co-chairing the OSCE Minsk Group with their proposals in 2016.
According to the Prime Minister, international partners have been discussing the lowering of standards for some time now. He noted that although the current situation is complex, it is absurd to think that the impression of a problematic environment only emerged after 2018. To understand the contrary, the Prime Minister suggested reviewing all documents from 1993 until 2018.
